Aayush Sharma Defends Wife Arpita Khan Against Online Bullying

Actor Aayush Sharma, known for his association with Salman Khan's family, especially through his marriage to Salman's sister Arpita Khan, recently spoke out against trolls targeting Arpita for her appearance. In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Aayush defended Arpita's attitude and resilience in the face of criticism.

Aayush mentioned, "She tells me, 'People have been criticizing my skin tone since childhood. I don't care, let them say what they want.' Her attitude is commendable." He expressed amusement at people commenting on her skin tone, questioning why skin color is such a contentious topic in India. He highlighted the hypocrisy of a society that champions slogans like "Black Lives Matter" abroad while ridiculing its own people for their skin color.

He continued, "Her skin color is her own. If you don't like it, don't look. Who asked you to forcibly judge? Why do people make a big deal about skin color? Think about it, we talk about 'Black Lives Matter' in America, and here we make fun of our own people's skin color, what does that say?"

Aayush emphasized that Arpita's skin color is part of her identity, and people should not impose their judgments on her. He also mentioned that everyone has the right to their own preferences and should not be forced to conform to societal standards.

Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma tied the knot in 2014 and are proud parents to two children, Ahil and Ayat. Aayush's upcoming film, Ruslaan, marks his first project outside Salman Khan's production house and is set to release on April 26 this year.
